Massage
Swedish Massage - excellent for sore muscles stimulating both blood and lymph flow helping to drain away toxins from affected areas. This in turn can reduce pain and stiffness in joints and muscles. Regular massage can also help during weight loss programmes.
Deep Tissue - this type of massage works deeper than normal massage and is an excellent treatment for chronic cases.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage - MLDM is a very gentle, rhythmic treatment using a series of pumping actions to stimulate the lymphatic system. It therefore has a powerful cleansing effect, is extremely relaxing, and not only a great way to reduce fluid retention, but also a great detox. The treatment is also fanastic post operative, on sprained or strained joints and swollen ankles during pregnancy.
Indian Head Massage - helping to ease tension specifically across the shoulders, neck, scalp and face, this is a highly effective technique for the treatment of stress related conditions. It can specifically help relieve headaches and migraines, reduce anxiety and insomnia and improve concentration and memory.
Pregnancy Massage – using extra supports and cushions, pregnancy massage helps reduce stress, decrease swelling in the arms and legs, and relieve aches and pains in muscles and joints. Popular for back pain, this treatment is not only physically beneficial for mums-to-be, but also provides essential emotional support during pregnancy. (Massage is contra-indicated in first trimester.)

Waxing
Temporary hair removal using natural honey wax. The PHD system is a cleaner, quicker and more hygienic way of waxing. PHD lotions are free from Lanolin, harsh alcohols, artificial frangrances and colourings. All waxing includes a gentle massage to end the treatment
