Massage is well known for its physiological effects and regular massage is one of the best antidotes for this. Massage not only boosts the body’s immune system which can be compromised from extended periods of stress but can also ease muscular tension caused by prolonged periods of time working at your desk.
Created for its simplicity and minimum fuss, on site treatments are quick and easy, as well as a great way to ease stress and boost employee morale and productivity.
When?
Working around your schedule, treatments are carried out in 15, 20 or 30 minute sessions with clients remaining fully clothed. No oils or creams are used, and prices start from just £10 per person. Minimum booking applies.
